For thousands of years clay modeling has been a medium of expressing creativity and communicating. It is one of the easiest materials to covert your ideas into a 3 dimensional form and so the sculptor gets immediate gratification from his work.
Being able to imagine and then construct an object in clay utilizes many faculties of human intelligence than just motor skills. Observation, spatial awareness, sense of proportion, knowledge about materials, story telling and imagination are a few of those.
Through this 5 day workshop we’ll explore all these aspects that are behind every successful sculpture. Here are the highlights of activities and benefits of this workshop.
